New Quality Certification Initiative

Fulcrum India has embarked on a CMMi certification initiative.
The certification processes aims to improve our development, delivery and support capabilities, improve upon the quality of deliverables and re-structured the risk mitigation plan to avoid uncertainties.
Fulcrum Logic has formed a core team consisting of Flites from all departments in Mumbai and Pune centers and has begun the process of training the core team in the CMMi processes.
Fulcrum plans to complete the certification process by the second quarter of 2008.
